I have emailed you guys about three weeks ago and still have not heard back. Its been PREPARING SHIPMENTS for a month now. Refund me full amount or better do sth with clear solution please. I used Chase and there’s no refund option for chase bank so LVIR gotta figure the way to get my money back or why not just ship my stuffs?
